MAC2XF is a utility program, which converts Mac filenames,
written by a Macintosh, into virtual names used by X-Finder.

PC Exchange on Mac creates a hidden file FINDER.DAT, when it
exports files to DOS disks. MAC2XF creates a file _.XFN from
  this file.

Move to the directory which holds the files to convert and
run MAC2XF. Mac file names are converted to virtual names
  for X-Finder.

Limitation:
If an original files names contains double byte characters
within the first eight bytes, its real file name on DOS also
contains double byte characters, which may not be handled
correctly by the US-English MS-DOS of the 100/200LX.
