MIDI2XF is a utility program, which extracts titles from
MIDI files and converts them into virtual names used by
  X-Finder.

Move to the directory which holds the MIDI files to convert
and run MIDI2XF. Titles of MIDI files are converted to
virtual names for X-Finder and placed in a newly created
  file _.XFN.

MIDI files and _.XFN can be placed within an archive files
(lzh, zip or arj). In this case _.XFN is archived with
  uncompressed format.

Mark more than one MIDI files within X-Finder and press
{Shift+Enter}. X-Finder plays the files with LXMIDI in
  randomized order (shuffle playback).
